ROTARY BASKET TYPE WASHING MACHINE
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The washing machine is top loading, rotary table type washing machine. The operational stages are
1. High pressure spray washing with component rotation
2. Purging with air blow only
3. Compressed air blow with component rotation
The components to be cleaned are loaded into the rotary basket inside the chamber.
When operator presses two cycle Start push buttons from the operator control box simultaneously till the canopy closes, AUTO cycle starts. Wash pump starts and pressurized hot filtered cleaning liquid is sprayed all over the components through spray nozzles while basket is rotating. The sprayed liquid along with removed contaminants passes through sieve basket filter to wash tank.
After wash time is over, wash pump stops; purging starts. During purging compressed air is blown through the spray nozzles to drip off residual the cleaning liquid from the nozzles.
After purging is over, compressed air blow starts. During air blow, compressed air is blown over the components through separate air blow nozzles while basket rotation is on.
After air blow timer is over, the canopy gets opened automatically and basket rotation stops. Operator unloads the cleaned components along with baskets and loads fresh batch for cleaning.
