MACHINE DESCRIPTION- CABINET TYPE The Cabinet type industrial cleaning machine consists of washing chamber, liquid storage tank, pneumatic butting/flooding arrangement, automatic canopy/door opening and closing mechanism, washing pump, heating system, liquid filtration system and relay ââ¬â contactors logic based control panel with necessary safeties and interlocks incorporated for smooth functioning of the system. The manifolds to be cleaned are kept in two separate fixtures at the washing chamber. Washing chamber is attached with pneumatic butting/flooding arrangement. When the cycle start button is pressed the washing chamber canopy/door automatically get closed. The hot alkaline liquid(Supraclean M-95/ COROSEAL-33) is sprayed over the components for preset time. After completion of external washing alkaline liquid sprayed inside the components for preset time. To and Fro motion of pneumatic cylinders with butting plates causes flooding of solution inside the component. Separate spray bars are provided to each fixture. This sprayed liquid is collected in the storage tank via magnetic basket filter. Spray pump draws hot alkaline solution from the washing tank and delivers at elevated pressure to the spray bars via multi-tier filtration. Spray bars (SS 304) will be provided from top, bottom and side of the fixture, such that during operation components are exposed to cleaning spray. After washing, air is passed through the spray bars to allow the dripping of the liquid i.e. purging , cold air is blown over the components for removing the excess liquid from the component surfaces. This will help for faster drying of the components. After air blow is over, the canopy/door gets opened. The component is unloaded manually by the operator. The temperature of the liquid in the washing tank can be regulated by temperature controller. The time of washing, butting and air blow can be regulated by an adjustable timer. Float type liquid level indicator cum controller is provided. The washing chamber, liquid tank, turntable is made out of SS sheet with proper stiffening. Supporting structure, base frame is of Mild Steel painted with corrosion resistance paint / synthetic enamel. The tank is insulated with 50 mm thk. Rockwool with 1.2 mm thk. MS cladding. All piping is of Stainless Steel material where as Valves are of CI with SS internals. MACHINE SPECIFICATIONS ââ¬â
