DESCRIPTION This system is designed totally using pneumatic logic control circuit. A dispensing gun is provided with a pneumatic switch, on actuation of this switch the known quantity of liquid is dispensed through the gun. Refilling of the system for next operation is fully automatic. A supply tank is provided on this trolley mounted unit for supplying the liquid to the dispensing cylinder.
OIL EXTRACTION UNIT The unit is designed for extracting petrol, diesel or Oils from the components like tanks, oil sumps etc. This is vacuum based machine which sucks liquids under vacuum from the test component. A vacuum pump controls/maintains vacuum in the liquid collecting tank and a flexible pipe provided is dipped in the component liquid reservoir. 90 to 95% of the liquid is sucked positively by this method and stored in the vacuumized liquid collecting tank. A safety switch used in the collecting tank stops vacuum pump, Flame proof motors & starters are used for running the vacuum pump.
VOLUMATRIC DISPENSING SYSTEM
FEATURES ÃÆÃÅ Based on volume displacement principal, hence no effect of temperature ,viscosity or type of oil. ÃÆÃÅ Can be designed in variety of sizes. ÃÆÃÅ Quick adjustment of volume is possible by using float switch.
DESCRIPTION The main frame is manufactured by using M.S. Tubes and sheets. It consists of auxiliary reservoir tank and metering tank made out of 3mm S.S. Sheet or M.S. Sheet with anti-corrosive paint.
The auxiliary tank is provided with float switch to avoid over flow. Feeding of oil to the auxiliary tank is done by gravity method by using another container and a float valve arrangement. Optional Filling pump can be provided with positive displacement gear pump driven by 0.5 HP 1440 rpm AC motor. Capacity 30 lpm at 6 pressures
Metering tank provided with one fixed and one movable float switch both having NO-NC contacts. Movable float switch is provided with a calibration scale for setting volume.
Electrical system consists of : ÃÆÃÅ Oil dispensing pump comprises of a positive displacement gear pump driven by 0.5 HP 1440 rpm AC motor. Capacity 20lpm at 6 to 8 bar pressure. ÃÆÃÅ Electrically NO-NC Switches, 24 V relay circuit for giving supply to the float switches. ÃÆÃÅ Pump ON-OFF contactors and other electrical accessories such as push buttons, selector switches, indicators etc.
OPERATION:
Auxiliary pump fills this metering tank after each dispensing operation. An efficient dispensing pump dispenses the preset quantity of oil to the test component as soon as trigger is pressed from the metering tank. At the end of the dispensing cycle with the help of the preset timer metering tank filling pump/valve operates and oil level in the metering tank gets filled-in for next operation cycle.

Description:
This system is used for accurate control of the oil quantities to be dispensed by using tank weighing method. The system consists of a tank which is kept on a load cell and is provided with filling and dispensing control valves.
The microprocessor based controller controls the operation of inlet and outlet control valves based on the data stored in its memory. The liquid which is to be dispensed in terms of weight is programmed in the controller. On every actuation the controller operates the filling pump and valves in such a sequence that known quantity of oil is dispensed out of the unit on every application.
This system is available in various capacities ranging from 100ml to 5000ml per operation. Feeding of oil to the weighing tank is done by gravity method by using another container and a float valve arrangement. The microcontroller is provided with programmed lock as a safety feature. Dispensing start signal can be given by using push button switch or foot switch as per the convenience of the user.
