FOAM HARDNESS This machine is designed to check foam rubber components used in vehicle seating arrangement. Parameters like load at various compression values can be checked. The test procedure provided is generally as per JIS Standards & IS Standards. The standard scope of supply comprises of a table frame structure on which the sample under test is placed on a perforated plate. Different types of indenter plates as per standards are used for compressing the test component. Separate load and displacement indicator along with sensors are provided on the unit. Facilities like Auto/Manual operation, printer interface etc. can also be provided on request. SEAT VIBRATION TEST MACHINE This machine is designed to carry out endurance testing of fully assembled seat used in vehicles. The seta under test is rigidly clamped to a vibrating platform and a known dead weight is kept on the seta under test. The complete platform is vibrated at known frequencies & amplitudes for preset number of cycles. Necessary instruments like Cycle Counter, Frequency Indicator are also provided. Variable frequency arrangement also can be provided on request. IMPACT TESTING FOR FULLY ASSEMBLED SEAT Designed for impact testing of fully assembled seats under preset load and impact distance conditions. The seta under test is locked to a base frame on which a known mass is dropped from known distance continuously for preset number of cycles. Necessary instruments such as Cycle Counter, Impact Frequency Indicator are also provided. Depending upon type of seat the amount of dead weight and dropping distance & frequency of impact can be set. PROOF LOAD TEST FOR SEAT BELT This Test System is designed for conducting proof load test for flexible cables of Seat Belts under a constant tensile load using suitable hydraulic loading mechanism. This system facilitates to test the flexible cables for acceptance test during the process of final production. In short any component required to be tested for proof load within desired range can be tested on this system. BUCKLE DURABILITY TEST This Test Rig is designed for determining the reduction in the release force due to fatigue of any spring in the release mechanism of a seat belt buckle. FLEXING FOR FOAM RUBBER SEATS This system is designed to test the foam rubber sample for repetitive loads and measuring the loss in hardness and thickness as per IS 1741-1960. The machine consists of a frame stand. 1H.P.A.C. drive motor, eccentric mechanism and 6 digit electromechanical stroke counter. INDENTATION HARDNESS FOR FOAM RUBBER SEATS This Test System is designed to measure indentation hardness index of foam rubber seat as per IS 1741 1960. The Test System consists of a frame, indenter plate, a warm gear wheel drive and pulley system and a spring balance.
